The staff were very very helpful. We liked the classic-style building. - the huge and cheap room was great. - the food was tasty overall. - the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect. - the hotel provided good prices.

The hotel had a lowest price for the time I was searching for hotels in Brussels. The hotel is located in a Turkish neighbor. The location is good. The best point is about their breakfast which is really awesome. All in all I recommend this place for people who attend a business meeting or conference.

The bathroom was very old and dirty. The room was very disgusting. We don´t recommend this hotel. We think that the hotel´s facilities are under construction (new lift...) The room was expensive: no pretty room - no closer to the city center.

This is a very friendly and cheap hotel in a city of outrageously expensive hotels. Having stayed in the overpriced and anonymous hotels of Brussels many times I was so happy to have discovered the Bentley. The wifi was free and worked.

the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated the fact that there was a lift in the hotel, which was helpful for carrying our luggage.

it was a perfect and reasonably priced hotel in a local area, close to a ghetto and edges. the units were cheap and the staff were really helpful and amicable people from outside receptionist. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fairly clean, i had a great trip there.

Clean and inexpensive.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment, which gave the public areas (corridors especially) an unfinished look. Drains in two bathrooms used by my party were slow.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise to me. I have stayed one night in this hotel because I could not get home anymore after coming back by air from abroad (in fact I even walked with my backpack all the way from Zaventem Airport to the hotel - a 12 km walk). I arrived at 2.30 a.m (being very silent). There are not many hotels where you can check in at night (some have a 24 hour reception but that does unfortunately not mean that you can get in after 12 o'clock) but this is one of them. My single was room was clean and pleasant. I had tv and a fridge and the room was located at the quiet side of the hotel (not at the Avenue Rogier side thus). The breakfast buffet was really very good! Very good French bread, excellent coffee and a cosy breakfast room.
